Atlanta Business Chronicle Names Barnes & Thornburg ‘Best Places to Work’ for Fifth Consecutive Year

ATLANTA – For the fifth consecutive year, the Atlanta Business Chronicle has named Barnes & Thornburg one of Atlanta’s “Best Places to Work.” The annual ranking of 100 metro area companies highlights employers that maintain a thriving culture and go above and beyond to maintain workforce engagement.

Barnes & Thornburg ranked sixth in the large-sized employer category in the publication’s 2024 edition. This year’s results highlight the firm’s employee satisfaction with several workplace factors that affect employee engagement, including recognition, value and inclusion.

The Atlanta office has grown over 300 percent in the last six years. With more than 100 attorneys and business professionals, the office’s recent growth includes several high-profile additions, supporting strategic expansions in labor and employment, higher education, real estate, corporate finance, and bankruptcy.

As a result of the office’s continued growth, the firm was also named once again to the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Atlanta’s 50 Largest Law Firms, earning a spot in the top 25 for the first time.
