Barnes & Thornburg Adds National Healthcare Finance Team

INDIANAPOLIS — Barnes & Thornburg announced today that healthcare and public finance partners M. Elizabeth Walker and Jerimi J. Ullom have joined the firm’s Indianapolis office. Previously, Elizabeth and Jerimi worked together at a national healthcare-focused law firm, where they represented public and private clients in a myriad healthcare and finance matters for more than 15 years.

Elizabeth is a leading tax-exempt bond practitioner. Her practice focuses on debt financing for 501(c)(3) and governmental organizations, with particular experience in healthcare finance. She represents borrowers, issuers, underwriters and lenders across the United States and territories in tax-exempt and taxable financings. In addition to her transactional experience, Elizabeth advises her clients on ongoing tax, disclosure and obligated group compliance matters.
