A partner at the firm, Sallah litigates complex construction disputes and leverages technology to manage and synthesize project documents. He centers his practice on prosecuting and defending construction claims involving deficient design, productivity and scheduling, acceleration, and defective work. In addition, he counsels both institutional and individual clients on construction and commercial litigation in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration.
