ATLANTA – Barnes & Thornburg has announced that its Atlanta office is staying in Buckhead, but will relocate to the top two floors of Tower Place 100 at 3340 Peachtree Road N.E. in September 2022. The firm signed a 13-year lease, and the new office space, at 36,000 square feet, adds more than 6,000 square feet of immediate additional space with options to add more contiguous space to accommodate its continued growth in Atlanta.
The thriving mixed-use Buckhead neighborhood has been a good home for Barnes & Thornburg and attractive to clients and attorneys alike. The firm’s Atlanta office has doubled in size in the past three years and now has nearly 70 attorneys and other professionals. The office was named to Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Best Places to Work” list in 2020 and 2021.

In developing the new lease agreement, the firm worked with Savills brokers John Flack, David Rubinstein, and Bo Keatley. The space is being designed by ASD|SKY architects Margaret Nysewander, Mary Win Brock, Cailin Olver and Tia Calhoun.
Barnes & Thornburg will remain in its current location at 3475 Piedmont Road N.E. until September, when the new space is expected to be completed.
