Prensa Libre - "Impace of President Trump's Trade Policy on Central America"

David Spooner of the Washington, D.C., office was quoted in an article on the impact of President Trump's trade policy on Central America, which was published on Feb. 6 by Prensa Libre, the daily newspaper of Guatemala City. In the article, David said that Central American economies should further integrate to inoculate themselves against the vagaries of other countries' trade policies. David was hosted in Guatemala by the country's apparel association.
