SHRM - "Justices Try to Define Religious Accommodation Standard"

Bill Nolan of the Columbus office was quoted in the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) article, "Justices Try to Define Religious Accommodation Standard," published on Feb. 26. Bill told SHRM, "all of the justices seem to be trying to identify what is a workable test to fulfill Title VII's prohibition on religious discrimination and requirement of a reasonable religious accommodation for religious beliefs."
