Moreau quoted in article about Indianapolis judge who serves the poor

Bill Moreau of the Indianapolis office is quoted in the Notre Dame Alumni Association's article, "Ministering from the Bench," about David Certo, presiding judge of the Marion Superior Court. According to the article, Certo and his staff, "along with an army of community volunteers he has recruited, have developed creative and ambitious programs to address the root causes of the issues plaguing many of these defendants." Bill echoed that notion, saying that Judge Certo is "a dedicated public servant and the embodiment of Notre Dame's core values."
