Charlie Denton of the Grand Rapids office presented at the 2014 Technical Symposium of the Cleveland Coatings Society on June 3. His presentation to the plenary session was entitled "Environmental Management System Legal Pitfalls." He also participated on the panel for the interactive short course on "Navigating the New Environmental Regulatory Landscape." The symposium was attended by approximately 130 representatives of various paint manufacturers and related industries, such as Sherwin-Williams, BASF, Dow, Lubrizol, Nexeo, Lanxess, Wacker Chemical, Univar and Reichold.
