Mark Rust of the Chicago office was one of the featured panelists in the Jan. 16 broadcast of WNIT Public Television in South Bend's "Economic Outlook" program hosted by Phil D'Amico, a business development manager in the South Bend office. The panelists discussed the Affordable Care Act and how it will affect U.S. citizens, employers and employees. Other panelists included David Rhoa, president of Lake Michigan Mailers, and Tim Leman, president and CEO of Gibson Insurance.
