Program Overview: The seminar will discuss the basics of U.S. antitrust compliance to train your salespeople before trade shows and industry association meetings on what they need to know to avoid any antitrust investigation. This seminar will also provide a basic understanding of antitrust compliance for your management and sales forces and introduce the current focus of the Japanese and U.S. governments' join efforts to aggressively investigate violations. You will learn what types of activities may supress competition.
