Virtual Roundtable with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

Mark Stignani participated in a virtual roundtable with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office discussing patents and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). This was the first of a three-part series looking at intellectual property law and policy issues associated with NFTS. Mark was selected to be one of 12 attorneys to speak on this subject from a speaker field of over 500 requesters.
