Jim Van Horn was a panelist at the annual Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Distressed Investing Conference, which attracted over 550 attendees and was held virtually. Jim’s panel discussed the successful international restructuring Chapter 11 case of Rooftop Group International Pte. Ltd., et al. TMA is the largest international restructuring organization with 10,000 members in 54 chapters worldwide, including 34 North American chapters.
