Trump 2.0 International Trade Outlook

Luis Arandia, International Trade partner, will moderate a panel at the Hispanic National Bar Association 2025 Corporate Counsel Conference. The session, titled “Trump 2.0 International Trade Outlook,” will discuss the international trade policy priorities for the Trump administration and the 119th Congress. In particular, the panel will preview potential increased tariff actions on Chinese-origin merchandise, new global tariffs, and tariffs on Mexican-origin merchandise. Additionally, the panel will examine anticipated administration export controls/sanctions priorities and provide a legislative outlook on international trade legislation in the 119th Congress.
