Transaction Closing

Mary Comazzi will be presenting on issues related to closing an aircraft transaction alongside David Thompson Norton of Shackelford, McKinley & Norton, LLP at the 2025 National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Aircraft Transactions Workshop. Mary’s presentation will provide insight into each step of the process of buying or selling a business aircraft, including best practices for handling the closing process after an aircraft purchase agreement has been negotiated and the inspection completed. Mary and David will discuss potential challenges that may arise and how to mitigate them to achieve a successful closing.
