TRAC Conference

Mark Owens served as a moderator on a panel regarding data privacy, cyber security and cyber insurance presented to The Racing Attorney Conference (TRAC) in Austin, Texas. Mark was also part of the conference planning committee, moderated an additional panel on artificial intelligence in sports and spoke on a panel with Riccardo Giacomin of Bergs & More on contract disputes and remedies in IndyCar, NASCAR and Formula 1. The event was hosted by the Indianapolis Bar Association and attended by nearly 60 in-house counsel and other legal professionals. The firm was a sponsor.
