The Higher Education practice group executed the first of two Title IX training sessions via Zoom. This program covered the sweeping changes to Title IX regulations, what to expect under the new format of investigations and how to structure and staff the new style of investigatory hearings. Participating in the program were Janilyn Daub, Don Lawless, and Mark Scudder.
