Significant Legal Developments in the Central and Midwest Region

Katie Matsoukas participated on an all-female panel, “Significant Legal Developments in the Central/Midwest Region,” at the 38th National Institute on White Collar Crime conference, put on by the American Bar Association (ABA) Criminal Justice Section, at the Hyatt Regency in Miami. The panel addressed recent enforcement actions in the Midwest and exploring new developments and trends to better inform attorneys of strategies and arguments used in litigating white collar cases. Katie also presented at the Women’s White Collar Defense Association’s (WWCDA) Leadership Retreat held in conjunction with the WWCDA Annual Attorney Meeting in Miami.
