Preferences and Disparity Studies: It’s déjà vu all over again

On March 11, Kevin McDermott of the Columbus office presented “Preferences and Disparity Studies: It’s déjà vu all over again” at the Associated General Contractors of Ohio Annual Convention. The presentation provided a detailed history of the role of contractor associations protecting the public bidding process from interference by state and local government actors. Approximately 50 owners and executives of major construction companies and executive staff from affiliated organizations were in attendance.
