The Japanese Services practice group held an in-person seminar at the Raleigh office, “Points to Keep in Mind: The Latest Information Such as the Antitrust Law, Export Regulation, the Foreign Investment Regulation (CFIUS) Under the Biden Administration for Japanese Companies in the U.S.” Kendall Millard, Kazumi Iino, Clinton Yu and Chihiro Maeda presented. This was the first seminar the practice group held in Raleigh. The seminar drew attendees with connections to the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), local Japanese chamber and the Japan-America Society of North Carolina.
