PFAS Overview

For the 5th Annual 2021 Water Summit put on by the Association of Idaho Cities, Jeff Longsworth and Tammy Helminski gave a “PFAS Overview” presentation with an introduction by Fred Andes. Their presentation was part of nine pre-recorded technical sessions that comprised the summit. Additionally, Fred participated in a live session to discuss the evolving federal vs. state jurisdiction framework, water-related transition issues for the new administration, and an update to the ongoing litigation on Montana’s numeric nutrient water quality standards.
