Opportunities and Liabilities of Directed Trusts

John Olivieri presented “Opportunities and Liabilities of Directed Trusts” at the 2022 Indiana Bankers Association’s Mega Conference in Indianapolis. The session addressed Indiana’s directed trust statute and explained what directed trusts are, how they differ from traditional trusts, why they may be appealing to certain clients, and, most importantly, the opportunities they present for Indiana banks.
