North American Hardwoods Credit Association Meeting - 'Reclamation Claims Under the Uniform Commercial Code and Sections 546(c) and 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code and Other Supply-Related Issues'

On Aug. 23, David Powlen and Kevin Collins of the Delaware office presented to a group of credit managers at the North American Hardwoods Credit Association (a division of the National Association of Credit Managers) meeting in Baltimore, Md. Their presentation, "Reclamation Claims Under the Uniform Commercial Code and Sections 546(c) and 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code and Other Supply-Related Issues," addressed various bankruptcy topics including reclamation claims, administrative expense claims, executory contracts, critical vendors, setoff and recoupment rights and preferences.
