Higher Education Co-Chairs Chris Bayh and Dan Cohen will participate in panel discussions at the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) 2026 Annual Conference.

1I. The Macro View on the House Settlement, Part 1: Implementation After Year One

Partner Dan Cohen’s panel will examine the House settlement framework and implementation after year one, including contracts, rules, vendors, campus relationships, and related challenges involving Title IX, employment, transfers, tampering, and agents.

Dan will also participate in the panel “6I. D1 Athletics Discussion Group.”

7G. Faculty-Student Relationships

Partner Chris Bayh’s panel will examine institutional approaches to faculty-student relationships, including policy considerations, risk management strategies, and related litigation trends.

Partners Tiffany Downs, Teresa Jakubowksi, Martín Montes, Tayo Osuntogun, Tejas Shah, and associate Charity Seaborn will also be onsite connecting with clients, colleagues, and higher education leaders throughout the conference.
