Jerry Lutkus of the South Bend office and Eric Stahlhut of the Elkhart office represented the firm’s Labor and Employment Department as breakout session speakers at the annual conference of the Michiana Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapter. In keeping with the conference’s theme of "It Only Takes a Spark," Jerry presented "Changed in a Flash: The NLRB and EEOC are Lighting Up HR," and Eric spoke about "Attending to Attendance: Pitfalls Under the ADA and FMLA" on Oct. 18.
