On June 5, Scott Godes of the Washington, D.C., office was a panelist for The Rossdale Group telephonic CLE, “Mastering Data & Commerce Law CLE.” Scott’s portion of the presentation was, “Trending Cybersecurity Issues for Retailers and Risk Transfer Mechanisms.” He discussed new cybersecurity risks for online retailers, as well as how insurance coverage can mitigate the financial losses from trending risks.
