Managing and Mitigating Risk in Today’s Construction Environment

On May 13, the firm co-sponsored “Managing and Mitigating Risk in Today’s Construction Environment” with Aon and Crowe as part two of a three-part seminar series. The two-hour session, held at the Kent Country Club in Grand Rapids, featured an interactive session about best-in-class risk management programs and two recent industry studies. Clifford Shapiro of the Chicago office and Carol Stark of Aon spoke about the status of coverage for construction defect claims to various general contractors, engineering firms and owner representatives.
