Legally Hiring & Firing Employees in Indiana

Hans Murphy and David Pryzbylski presented a seminar on "Legally Hiring & Firing Employees in Indiana" to a group of fifty HR and management professionals at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce on Jan. 30. Hans and David covered a wide variety of issues ranging from new hire applications and interview strategies to legal issues to be mindful of when making discharge decisions. In addition to highlighting legal issues, Hans and David offered advice on best workplace practices to stave off threats of litigation down the road.
