Labor & Employment Relations Association conference

Bill Nolan of the Columbus office was on a panel at the national Labor & Employment Relations Association conference in Cleveland on June 14. The panel, consisting of management and union-side lawyers, was moderated by the regional director of the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service and focused on the applicability of traditional employee and independent contractors’ classifications in the always-developing gig economy.
