Mediation is often referred to as an alternative to litigation, but the reality is mediation is a common and effective forum for resolving disputes of all types and at various stages, often at lower cost. Join us for a thoughtful discussion of the benefits of mediation, as well as practical tips and strategic insights to help you maximize your chance of success and avoid common pitfalls at mediation. This session will provide a unique opportunity to hear perspectives from a mediator with over 17 years' in-house experience managing global litigation for large publicly traded companies.
