Hot Topics in Dual-Use Exports Controls

The International Trade Practice Group partnered with Federal Publications Seminars to put on the second of a two-part webinar series, “U.S. Export Controls on Dual-Use Goods: Primer and Hot Topics.” Christine Sohar Henter, Clinton Yu and Linda Weinberg presented “Hot Topics in Dual-Use Exports Controls” to over 50 attendees. Building on the foundation concepts of the first session, this webinar aimed to bring the attendees up to speed on the latest developments in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). In particular, the webinar focused on developments related to China and Russia, among other high-risk jurisdictions.
