Program Overview:
Barnes & Thornburg will host a webinar series, along with the German Chamber of Commerce and Roedl & Partner, which will focus on doing business in the U.S. from the perspective non-U.S. based companies. Timo Rehbock and Deborah Pollack-Milgate of Barnes & Thornburg LLP will be presenters at one or more sessions.
The first session will take place on Dec. 12, 2012. The event will continue monthly for a final fifth session on April 10, 2013. This webinar series was designed with the mid-sized German company in mind with an interest in selling products or services into the U.S., or even establishing a subsidiary in the U.S. We will cover everything from the variations in corporate form, to tax law, immigration, products liability, and Intellectual Property.
