David Ritter gave a presentation, "Employee Handbooks Workshop-Is Yours Up To Date?" to the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association in Chicago. David spoke about what new Illinois laws should be included in your handbook and what new responsibilities Illinois employers have as a result of these new laws, such as harassment training, hate speech, and hostile workplace. There were 50 people in attendance.
