Partner Michael C. Zogby served on the faculty of Duke Law’s Bolch Judicial Institute Mass Tort MDL Certificate, which was held on Nov. 7-8, 2022. Established in 2019 by the late Duke Law Professor Francis McGovern, the Mass Tort MDL Certificate is designed to expand and diversify the field of attorneys capable of handling mass tort and multidistrict litigation.
