John Kuenstler presented at a webinar sponsored by the National Business Institute, “Conducting an Internal Workplace Investigation from A to Z.” John gave two separate presentations, “Strategies for Conducting and Documenting the Investigation,” which covered topics such as how to plan an investigation, conduct witness interviews, gather evidence and create a written report, and “Ethical Dilemmas,” which discussed how to avoid bias in an investigation, preserve confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.
