Brian Downey of the Columbus office co-presented a CLE program luncheon to members of the Central Ohio Association of Corporate Counsel at the Columbus office on Nov. 14. Mr. Downey focused on ambush marketing and unconventional trademarks. Attendees represented companies such as American Electric Power, DSW, Highlights for Children, Lancaster Colony and Scotts Miracle-Gro.
