On Oct. 26, John Kuenstler of the Chicago office presented "White House Focus on Human Resources: The Latest on Overtime, Nondiscrimination, Gender Issues and More" during the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives Human Resources Conference. John discussed recent developments in overtime laws, laws providing protections to employees based on sexual orientation or gender identity, OSHA regulations, the NLRB's reach into non-union workplaces, and the recent Defend Trade Secrets Act. John also participated in a roundtable discussion of general employment topics for cooperatives.
