Attorney Presentation - Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association (OMBA)

Rob Folland and David Dirisamer of the Columbus office presented at the annual convention of the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association (OMBA) in Columbus on May 2-4. The presentation concerned the litigation of statutory causes of action raised by borrowers in connection with mortgage lending, either as standalone claims or as counterclaims in a foreclosure action, including RESPA, FDCPA, TILA and others.
