Attorney Presentation Drain Notes

On Oct. 19, Scott Dienes of the Grand Rapids office presented “Drain Notes” to the Michigan Association of County Drain Commissioners on financing drain projects. In attendance were municipal drain commissioners from a wide variety of townships and metropolitan areas, including Grand Rapids, Lansing and Kalamazoo, Michigan; the discussion was targeted toward commissioners looking to finance smaller projects or projects with short-term debt.
