Attorney Presentation - "Arbitration Pitfalls and How to Avoid Them"

On Jan. 20, Tim Abeska of the South Bend office chaired a panel titled "Arbitration Pitfalls and How to Avoid Them" at the 2017 Transportation Lawyers Association Chicago Regional Seminar. The program addressed pitfalls that can cause delay, cost clients money, and distract from and dilute the benefits of the arbitration process. Tim's co-panelists were Kelly Turner, a vice president of the American Arbitration Association, and Anney Olds, a claims manager with Sentry Insurance.
