Association Law Boot Camp

On Sept. 11, Barbara Dunn presented a three-hour association law “boot camp” for Association Forum of Chicagoland in Chicago that covered topics such as governance, federal tax exemptions, contracts, and intellectual property. On Sept. 17, Barbara also presented board training on fiduciary duties to a national trade association’s board of directors and has been hired by the association to assist in the revision of its bylaws and policies. Also on Sept. 17, Barbara presented, “The Americans With Disabilities Act Nearly 30 Years Later: What’s Changed? What Remains the Same?"
