Association for Independent Medicine

Stephen Fatum spoke at a national meeting of the Association for Independent Medicine (AIM) in Orlando. The AIM meeting was scheduled to complement the American Society of Anesthesiologist’s winter conference. The firm hosted a discussion with Stephen and Marco Fernandez, M.D, the president of AIM, and Greg Zinser, executive director of AIM. Stephen addressed the proposed new rule from the Federal Trade Commission to eliminate non-competition agreements and the implications for physician groups and physicians.
