On Nov. 19, Josh Minkler served as a panelist for the Court Historical Society of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana’s CLE Program, “Annual Roundtable: Federal Criminal Prosecutions & the Role of the U.S. Attorney.” The roundtable included a group of former U.S. Attorneys for the Southern District of Indiana, who conversed about the roles they played in the criminal justice system during their time in office. Topics included career paths to appointment, enforcement priorities, significant prosecutions, post-office careers, and changes to the role of U.S. Attorney.
