The Michigan Chamber of Commerce “Annual Environmental Issues Forum” was presented virtually this year on with registrants including manufacturers, utilities, municipalities, consultants and other businesses. In addition to remarks by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy’s (EGLE) deputy director, there were presentations on air pollution by Joel Bowers and waste management and remediation (including PFAS) by Tammy Helminski, and OSHA updates by Don Lawless. Charlie Denton coordinated and moderated the Environmental Issues Forum for the 20th year and Barnes & Thornburg was the presenting sponsor.
