ABA TIPS-ICLC Joint Conference on Insurance Coverage
Jim Leonard of the Atlanta office presented to the ABA TIPS-ICLC Joint Conference on Insurance Coverage on Feb. 21. He spoke on the topic of "Converting Legacy Insurance Policies to Cash" along with Stan Richards of Georgia-Pacific, who helped to address the complex issues associated with making insurance claims for long-tail liabilities.
