60th Annual Midwest Labor and Employment Law Conference

Bill Nolan moderated a panel of three federal judges at the 60th annual Midwest Labor and Employment Law Conference at the Hilton Columbus at Easton in Columbus, Ohio. The conference was hosted by the Ohio State’s Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section, which Bill chairs. The panel focused on what judges were seeing in their courts on labor and employment cases, including a critical recent Sixth Circuit decision on wage/hour collective actions, mediation efforts and litigant civility.
