How To … Assert Employer’s Rights With Your EPLI Insurer
You just received notice of an employment lawsuit or charge.
You don’t know much about your insurance and you debate whether to provide notice, but you know you likely should report this new claim to your insurer, so you do. Next thing you know, you’ve got a long letter from your insurer claiming to limit what it has to do for you and assigning your defense to a lawyer you have never met.
