Many garden-variety employment claims do not need defense expert witnesses, but for high-stakes, big-dollar, and/or collective or class actions, experts should be seriously considered.

Spend an hour with two of our experienced trial lawyers who have deep experience using a broad array of experts. They will share practical insights on whether and when to use experts and the types of experts that add value in certain cases, and offer guidance on managing expert fees.

Strategic deployment of effective experts – ranging from statisticians, forensic computer technologists and HR professionals to handwriting experts, CPAs and psychiatrists – can be instrumental in winning cases or significantly reducing settlement values. Likewise, when prosecuting non-compete and trade secret claims against former employees, experts can make or break the case.

1.0 hour CLE credit pending and 1.0 hour of HRCI credit approved. This program is valid for 1.0 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.
