The Legal Value Network’s LVNx Conference

Jared Applegate and Levi Remley presented at the Legal Value Network’s LVNx Conference at the Loews Chicago Hotel in Chicago. Jared was on a panel with legal operations leaders and general counsels from Google, Motorola, Bryan Cave and Latitude Legal that discussed law firm strategic planning and how legal departments develop and maintain strong relationships. Jared also participated in the closing keynote session with Greg Lambert, chief knowledge services officer at Jackson Walker, and Dan Linna, senior lecturer and director of law and technology initiatives at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, to explore generative AI’s potential to disrupt the legal industry. Levi spoke on a panel with legal operations professionals from AbbVie and Benesch Law on navigating difficult conversations surrounding legal fees and alternative fee arrangements.
