National Insurance Crime Bureau

Michael Palmer and John Kuenstler presented an interactive training webinar to an assembly from the National Insurance Crime Bureau that focused on recent developments under Illinois and California employment laws. They discussed topics relating to practical advice for managing recent labor and employment developments that included anti-harassment policy and training laws; pay equity; providing reasonable accommodations; diverse hiring; and limitations on non-disclosure and arbitration agreements. The program had a strong turnout with participation and thoughtful discussion from attendees.
