From the Bench: Effective Advocacy

Victor Vital spoke at the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting at the JW Marriott in Austin. Victor moderated a panel, "From the Bench: Effective Advocacy,” which discussed quality and effective advocacy from a judge's perspective. The judicial panelists were Judge Amy Clark Meachum, the presiding judge of the 201st Civil District Court in Travis County, Texas; Judge Jessica Mangrum, the presiding judge of the 200th Civil District Court in Travis County, Texas; and Judge Martin Hoffman, the presiding judge of the 68th Civil District Court in Dallas County, Texas.
